I accompany and advise you in your individual cultural transformation process. This includes

  • Analysis of the current culture and determination of the target culture
  • Determination of cultural values and derivation of principles of collaboration 
  • Transfer of the new cultural orientation to relevant visible surfaces (artifacts) of your company
  • Determination of a culture development plan for the sustainable anchoring of the new orientation in your organization (usually via communicative measures

    • Facilitation of corporate and brand strategy workshops: Determination of corporate/brand purpose, vision, mission, brand identity and core values.
